We will work with you on choosing the best menu for your party and guide you through all your event planning so that your party is truly special. We can accomodate any palate and look forward to working with you. Below is a sample of some of our favorite menu ideas!  

Starters:

  • Lobster and Sweet Corn Chowder with Roasted Red Pepper Crab Cake
  • Fresh Summer Pea Soup with Mint and Creme Fraiche
  • Butternut Squash Bisque with Smoked Organic Chicken
  • Fire Roasted Tomato Soup with Quenelle of Thai Basil Mascarpone and Grilled Pain Au Levain

Salads:

  • Lime and Cuervo Prawn Cocktail with Avocado and Yellow Pear Tomato Salsa Fresca
  • Watermelon Salade with Fresh Mint and Feta
  • Composed Salade of Grilled Asparagus, Lemon and Miso Deviled Eggs
  • Hearts of Romaine with House Made Aioli Dressing and Parmesan Crisps
